The Descendants Truth & Reconciliation Foundation has joined forces with Rosarium Health to help individuals age with dignity in the comfort of their own homes. The groundbreaking Aging with Dignity program, currently being piloted in limited locations, combines the Foundation's dedication to justice and reconciliation with Rosarium Health's trusted expertise in home safety and health-focused renovations. Together, we are transforming lives by making homes safer, healthier, and better suited to their residents’ unique needs.
With Rosarium Health, the Descendants Truth & Reconciliation Foundation is piloting a program to deliver home modifications that meet unique needs and help Descendants remain in their homes safely and remain connected with their communities. The Aging with Dignity program is available for Certified Descendants ages 50 and over.
